Michael Bernhard (born 30 April 1981) is an Austrian politician from NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum. He was sworn in as a member of the National Council on 23 October 2019 following his election in the 2019 Austrian legislative election. NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum () is a Liberalism in Austria, liberal political party in Austria. It was founded as NEOS – The New Austria in 2012. In 2014, NEOS merged with Liberal Forum and adopted its current name. Since 2018, Beate Meinl-Reisinger has been NEOS's chairwoman and was parliamentary leader until 2025, with Yannick Shetty taking over the position. It won 8.3% in the 2019 Austrian legislative election, 2019 legislative election and 9.1% in the 2024 Austrian legislative election. Tulln an der Donau () is a historic town in the Austrian state of Lower Austria, the administrative seat of Tulln District. Because of its abundance of parks and gardens, Tulln is often referred to as ''Blumenstadt'' ("City of Flowers"), and "The City of Togetherness" following the initiative of Peter Eisenschenk, Mayor of Tulln. The National Council (, ) is one of the two houses of the Austrian Parliament and is frequently referred to as the lower house. The Politics of Austria, constitution endows the National Council with far more power than the Federal Council (Austria), Federal Council. This is a list of members of the 27th National Council (Austria), National Council () of Austria, the lower house of the bicameral legislature. The 27th National Council was elected in the 2019 Austrian legislative election, 29 September 2019 legislative election, and was constituted in its first session on 23 October 2019. Originally, the National Council comprised 71 members of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), 40 members of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ), 31 members of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), 26 members of The Greens – The Green Alternative (GRÜNE), and 15 members of NEOS – The New Austria and Liberal Forum (NEOS).
