Micah Ross
Micah David Ross (born January 13, 1976) is an American former professional football wide receiver. He played professionally in the National Football League (NFL) with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the San Diego Chargers, and the Carolina Panthers. In 2001, he signed as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Jaguars. He played college basketball and college football at Jacksonville University. Early life and college Ross attended Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended Jacksonville University, where he played at forward for Jacksonville Dolphins men's basketball from 1994 to 1998 under head coaches George Scholz, Buster Harvey, and Hugh Durham, averaging 9.9 points and 5.8 rebounds in 110 games. Hugh Durham
Hugh Nelson Durham (born October 26, 1937) is a retired American basketball coach. He was head coach at Florida State, Georgia, and Jacksonville. He is the only head coach to have led two different programs to their first Final Four appearances. Early life A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Durham was a highly recruited three-sport star at Eastern High School, where his teammate was the actor Ned Beatty. He was an all-state quarterback and all-region in basketball. He chose to play basketball in college and accepted a scholarship offer from Florida State University. 2002 Houston Texans Season
The 2002 season was the Houston Texans' debut season in the National Football League and the first NFL season for the city of Houston since the Oilers moved to Tennessee in 1997 & became the Titans 2 years later in 1999. In American football, a gunner, also known as a shooter, flyer, headhunter, or kamikaze, is a player on kickoffs and punts who specializes in running down the sideline very quickly in an attempt to tackle the kick or punt returner.
