The Miami Tango Soccer Club is an American soccer team from Miami, Florida. Founded in 1980. Miami Tango SC played Florida Soccer League since 1980. The 1996 USL Premier Development League, USISL Premier League season was its second. The season began in April 1996 and ended in August 1996. Central Coast Roadrunners won the championship, defeating the San Francisco Bay Seals 3–2. Spokane Shadow won the regular season title, winning 14 games to 2 losses. The 1999 USL Premier Development League season was the 5th PDL season. The season began in April 1999 and ended in August 1999. Chicago Sockers finished the season as national champions, beating Spokane Shadow 3-1 in the PDL Championship game. Jackson Chargers had finished with the best regular season record in the league, winning 14 out of their 16 games, suffering just two losses, and finishing with a +55 goal difference.
