Mia Justus
Mia Taylin Justus (born September 3, 2002) is an American professional association football, soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper for the Utah Royals of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She played college soccer for the Florida State Seminoles women's soccer, Florida State Seminoles and the Texas Longhorns women's soccer, Texas Longhorns. She was part of the Florida State team that won the 2021 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament, 2021 national championship before transferring to Texas, which she led to two conference titles. She represented the United States at the youth level, appearing at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. Texas Longhorns Women's Soccer
The Texas Longhorns women's soccer team represents the University of Texas at Austin in NCAA Division I intercollegiate soccer competition. The Longhorns competed in the Big 12 Conference through the 2024 season and moved to the Southeastern Conference (SEC) on July 1, 2024. History The program played club soccer intercollegiately in the 1980s, including a 1-0 loss to UNC in the 1983 WAGS tournament. It was established as a varsity program in 1993 as part of that year's Title IX settlement. Since then they have won three conference championships – one regular season and two tournaments — and been to 14 NCAA tournaments, making it as far as the Sweet Sixteen in 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2017. The 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament was the 42nd edition of the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament, a postseason tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I women's college soccer. 2023 Big 12 Conference Women's Soccer Tournament
The 2023 Big 12 Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Big 12 Conference held from October 28 to November 4, 2023. The 9-match tournament was scheduled to be held at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in Round Rock, Texas. However a large amount of rain caused the field to be unavailable for the Quarterfinals and Semifinals, leading those rounds to instead be moved to Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin, Texas. The move in venue caused the Big 12 to have to refund all quarterfinal and semifinal round tickets. Admission was made free in Austin, so no attendance count was made, though fans coming still had to pay parking prices. The 2022 Atlantic Coast Conference women's soccer tournament was the 35th edition of the ACC Women's Soccer Tournament, which decided the Atlantic Coast Conference champion. Florida State was the defending champion. The first round was played at campus sites, while the semifinals and final were played at Sahlen's Stadium in Cary, NC. The Florida State Seminoles are the athletic teams representing Florida State University (FSU) located in Tallahassee, Florida. Cristina Roque (born November 6, 2001) is a professional footballer who plays for Racing Louisville FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
