Metro Cebu
Metropolitan Cebu, or simply Metro Cebu (; ), is the main urban center of the province of Cebu in the Philippines. Metro Cebu is located along the central eastern portion of the island including the nearby island of Mactan. It accounts for 19.9 percent of the land area and 61.5 percent of the population (2020 census) of the entire province of Cebu. Metro Cebu is a metropolitan area that consists of Cebu City (the capital of Cebu and the regional center of Central Visayas) along with twelve surrounding cities and municipalities. The Metropolitan Cebu Development and Coordinating Board (MCDCB) is a body mandated to formulate development plans for the Metro Cebu area and coordinate their implementation. Cebu IT Park
The Cebu IT Park (formerly known as ''Asiatown IT Park'') is a business park in Cebu City, Philippines. The park is envisioned to attract locators in the information technology industry. It is developed by Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Cebu Holdings, Inc., in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Land. San Fernando, officially the Municipality of San Fernando (; ), is a municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 72,224 people. History The town was established in 1858 following the separation of the barrios of Magsico, Cabatbatan, Balungag, Sangat, Panadtaran, and Pitalo from Naga, with an initial population of nearly 3,000 people. Minglanilla, officially the Municipality of Minglanilla (; ), is a municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 151,002 people. It is known as the "Sugat Capital of the South" (where "Sugat" means "meeting" or "welcome" in Cebuano). Cordova, officially the Municipality of Cordova (; ), is a municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 70,595 people. Also spelled Cordoba, most of the municipality lies on separate islands off the southern coast of Mactan Island. It is connected by two bridges to the main island of Mactan, which itself is connected to mainland Cebu by the two bridges between Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu City.
