Method Animation
Method Animation (formerly known as Method Films) is a French animation studio owned by Mediawan through its Kids & Family division founded in 1998 by Aton Soumache. The studio produces CGI and 2D animated shows. It came together in 2014 as the culmination of a merger of Dimitri Rassam's Chapter 2 and Alexis Vonarb's Onyx Films. In 2018, Mediawan (which was founded by Xavier Niel, Matthieu Pigasse and Pierre-Antoine Capton in 2015) obtained a majority stake in Method Animation through its acquisition of ON Kids & Family and ON Entertainment. Cartoon Network (formerly Teletoon) is a Canadian English-language discretionary specialty channel owned by Corus Entertainment. YTV (stylized as УTV) is a Television in Canada, Canadian English language Discretionary service, discretionary specialty channel owned by YTV Canada, Inc. a subsidiary of Corus Entertainment. The channel and its programming is targeted at children and young teenagers. Its name was originally thought to be an abbreviation for "Youth Television", though the channel's website has denied this. ''Flatmania'' is a French-Canadian animated television series, which is based on a visual style created by Anne-Caroline Pandolfo and Isabelle Simler and produced by Method Animation, Futurikon and Vivatoon with the participation of Disney Televisions France, YTV, SRC, and France 3, The series is about a teenager named Vincent who gets transported into the Flatmania (a series of magazines) paper world.
