Merve Aladağ (1 March 1993) is a Turkish footballer who plays as a striker for Turkish First League club Kdz. Ereğli Belediye Spor with jersey number 23. With her team, she has also played the Champions League. She is a member of the Turkish national team, having made her official debut on 23 November 2011 against Romania, and as a junior international she played the 2012 U-19 European Championship. Merve Tuncel (born 1 January 2005) is a Turkish swimmer specialized in the freestyle swimming. She qualified for the 800m and 1500m freestyle events of the 2020 Summer Olympics. She is a member of Enka SK. Early years Merve Tuncel was born to Sulhi and Adalet Tuncel in Ankara, Turkey on 1 January 2005. She is a student at Nermin Mehmet Çekiç Anatolian High School in Yenimahalle, Ankara. She liked to play with water in her very early youth years. She started swimming at Age 4 At age ten, she started to swim at the Turkey Olympic Preparation Center in Eryaman, Ankara under the Head Coach Gjon Shyti. Merve Aydın (born 17 March 1990) is a Turkish middle distance runner. She is a member of Fenerbahce athletics team. The tall athlete at is coached by Gülnara Mamadova. Merve Aydın (born 10 March 1994) is a Turkish professional basketball player for Fenerbahçe. Career She began with basketball playing at the age of ten. Despite her height disadvantage, she became a successful player. In the 2008–09 season at the age of fourteen, Merve Aydın was admitted to the senior team of Mersin B.B. Merve Terzioğlu
Merve Terzioğlu (24 February 1987 – 7 April 2008) was a Turkish swimmer in the sports club Galatasaray the latest and before that (2002–2006) in Fenerbahçe, both teams in leading positions nationally in Turkey. She was the holder of two national records and was Balkan champions and had obtained a third place in the COMEN Cup Swimming Competition of Mediterranean countries. She competed in the 200 m breaststroke. Part of the swimming team of Delta State University in her first season as freshman, Terzioğlu was described as a standout performer and had garnered the Most Valuable Swimmer Award at the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference Championships in February 2008. She and her teammate Molly Bates died from injuries received in a one-auto car accident in Cleveland, Mississippi, that occurred on 29 March 2008, Molly Bates losing her life on the spot and Merve Terzioğlu eight days later on 7 April.
