Melo Lim
Carmelo "Melo" Lim is a Filipino coach and former collegiate player who is currently serving as an assistant coach for NLEX Road Warriors since 2023. He is the son of former collegiate champion coach Frankie Lim. Basketball career Playing Lim played for San Beda Red Lions under the tutelage of his father. Melo played his final year without his father, as the latter was suspended by NCAA committee for 2 years due to an altercation with San Sebastian volleyball coach Roger Gorayeb. The same year, they won their third straight championship. Melo graduated in San Beda in 2013 together with Jake Pascual and Anjo Caram. San Beda Red Lions Basketball
The San Beda Red Lions basketball program represents San Beda University (SBU) in men's basketball as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines) (NCAA). The San Beda Red Lions are the only remaining founding team in the NCAA. History Then known as San Beda College (SBC), the Mendiola-based school co-founded the NCAA in 1924, winning its first seniors' basketball title in 1927, then three straight titles from 1934 to 1936. Frankie Lim
Francisco "Frankie" Lim (born February 29, 1960) is a Filipino former basketball player, basketball coach and executive. He played 15 seasons in the PBA. He later became a successful coach, leading his alma mater San Beda Red Lions to four NCAA seniors titles. Lim previously served as head coach of the NLEX Road Warriors. Playing career Lim played collegiate ball at San Beda College where he was a member of the last championship team that won the NCAA crown in 1978 (it was then followed by a 28-year title drought that ended in 2006). While in the amateur ranks, he suited up for YCO Painters in the old MICAA, which was then coached by Freddie Webb. Antonio Jose Hechanova Caram (born January 14, 1991) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Meralco Bolts of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). He was drafted in the third round (26th overall) in the 2013 PBA draft by the Bolts. Elvin Jake Javier Pascual (born November 11, 1988) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the NLEX Road Warriors of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Roger Gorayeb
Roger Gorayeb is a Filipino volleyball coach and former college player who is the head coach of the San Sebastian Lady Stags of NCAA Philippines and a team consultant for the Capital1 Solar Spikers of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). Gorayeb has been the head coach of San Sebastian since the 1980s and has helped lead San Sebastian to numerous volleyball titles. Career Gorayeb has served as head coach of the San Sebastian College women's volleyball team. The San Sebastian Lady Stags is the women's collegiate volleyball teams of San Sebastian College-Recoletos. They compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
