Seyyed Mehdi Hasheminasab (; born January 27, 1974) is a retired Iranian footballer. Club career He served his golden days in Persepolis and Esteghlal. Abadan
Abadan (; ) is a city in the Central District (Abadan County), Central District of Abadan County, Khuzestan province, Khuzestan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. The city is in the southwest of the county. It lies on Abadan Island ( long, 3–19 km or 2–12 miles wide). The island is bounded in the west by the Shatt al-Arab, Arvand waterway and to the east by the Bahmanshir outlet of the Karun River (the Arvand Rood), from the Persian Gulf, near the Iran–Iraq border. Abadan is 140 km from the provincial capital city of Ahvaz. Etymology The earliest mention of the island of Abadan, if not the port itself, is found in the works of the Greek geographer Marcian of Heraclea, Marcian, who renders the name "Apphadana". Football Club Abu Muslim (, ''Bashgah-e Futbal-e Abumislâm-e Xorasan''), commonly known as Abu Muslim, is an Iranian football club based in Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, that competes in the League 3. 2004–05 Iran Pro League
The 2004–05 Iran Pro League was the 22nd season of Iran's Football League and fourth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. PAS Tehran were the defending champions. The season featured 14 teams from the 2003–04 Iran Pro League and two new teams promoted from the 2003–04 Azadegan League. Iran Pro League
The Persian Gulf Pro League (, ''Lig-e Bartar-e Xalij-e Fârs''), formerly known as the Iran Premier League (, ''Lig-e bartar-e Irân''), is a professional association football league in Iran and the highest level of the Iranian football league system. It is controlled by the FFIRI and is contested by 16 teams over a 30-matchday period.
