Mayank Gandhi
Mayank Gandhi is a social activist and the Founder & Managing Trustee of Global Vikas Trust. Formerly, he was an international urban planner and a member of the advisory council of the Chicago-based Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. He has contributed to many policy reforms including Maharashtra RTI. In 2011, along with Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal, he started India Against Corruption (IAC) movement and later on became the National Executive Member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). In 2016, he quit politics completely and started an NGO, Global Vikas Trust, to work in some of the worst areas of India for farmers' welfare, which aims at transforming India by increasing farmers' income to over ₹1 lakh per acre per annum. In 2024, he was appointed a member of National Innovation Foundation under the Department of Science and Technology. Arvind Kejriwal (; born 16 August 1968) is an Indian politician, activist and former bureaucrat, who served as the 7th Chief Minister of Delhi. He was the chief minister from 2013 to 2014 and from 2015 to 2024. He is also the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) since 2012. He represented the New Delhi constituency in the Delhi Legislative Assembly from 2015 to 2025, and previously from 2013 to 2014. In 2006, Kejriwal was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award for his involvement in the '' Parivartan'' movement using right to information legislation in a campaign against government corruption. Beed (Marathi pronunciation: iːɖ is a city and headquarters of eponymous Beed district of Maharashtra state in India. History Beed is a historical city of possibly medieval origin. Its early history is obscure. Historians speculate, based on archaeological remains, that the city might have been founded by the Yadava rulers (1173–1317) of Devagiri ( Daulatabad).
