Maxwell Kwame Lukutor
Maxwell Kwame Lukutor (born March 16, 1974) is a Ghanaian politician and a member of the ninth parliament of the fourth Republic of Ghana for South Tongu constituency located in the Volta Region of Ghana. Early life and education Maxwell Kwame Lukutor was born in 1974, hails from Tefle in the Volta Region of Ghana. He finished his O-Level at Sogakope Senior High School in June 1993. He studied at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where he obtained BSC Geodetic Engineering in June 2001. He later on obtained a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration in June 2019 in KNUST,IDL. Volta Region
Volta Region (or Volta) is one of Ghana's sixteen administrative regions, with Ho designated as its capital. It is located west of Republic of Togo and to the east of Lake Volta. Sogakope
Sogakofe (also known as Sogakope) is the capital of South Tongu district, a district in the Volta Region of Ghana. It is home to the lower Volta Bridge which connects Sogakofe to Sokpoe. The town is mostly known for its river tourism and Mass bread production. The lower Volta Bridge is also the site for the famous Tortsogbeza, an annual festival held during Easter, which involves diving off the bridge, and is held in conjunction with the neighbouring town, Sokpoe. The Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) was established on 28 February 1969. It is the leading source of professional advice on Landed Property and Construction in Ghana. It was established out of the Ghana Branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors following a resolution during the annual general meeting in 1969.
