Max Wolf Friedlich
Max Wolf Friedlich is an American writer. He is best known for writing the Broadway play ''Job (play), Job''. Early life and education Born and raised in Manhattan, he is the son of businessman Jim Friedlich and artist Melissa Stern. He attended Friends Seminary school and became interested in theatre after being cast as Rumpelstiltskin in a youth production of ''Once Upon a Pandora’s Box''. He student directed a production of ''A Midsummer Nights Dream'' and participated in additional youth theatre shows. After learning about the New York Fringe Festival, he wrote and submitted his first play in 2017, titled ''Sleepover'', which was chosen for the festival and staged at the Cherry Lane Theatre. Stephen Sondheim
Stephen Joshua Sondheim (; March 22, 1930November 26, 2021) was an American composer and lyricist. One of the most important figures in twentieth-century musical theater, Sondheim is credited for having "reinvented the American musical" with shows that tackle "unexpected themes that range far beyond the [genre's] traditional subjects" with "music and lyrics of unprecedented complexity and sophistication." Sousa, or Lil Miquela, is a fictional American character created by Trevor McFedries and Sara DeCou. The project began in 2016 as an Instagram profile. ''Job'' is a play written by Max Wolf Friedlich. The original production started on September 6, 2023, at the Soho Playhouse in New York City. The play revolves around a young woman Jane (Sydney Lemmon) with her therapist Loyd (Peter Friedman). It was announced that the play would transfer to Broadway at the Helen Hayes Theatre from July 15 through October 27. On June 27, it was announced that Devonte Hynes would compose original music for the Broadway transfer. Plot A young woman, Jane, points a gun at Loyd, her therapist, and then puts the gun down in a panic. Afterwards, their discussion becomes a therapy session, where the two explore their conflicts, themselves, and the forces that bind them together. A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically portray their characters.(Tychsen et al. 2006:255) "LARPs can be viewed as forming a distinct category of RPG because of two unique features: (a) The players physically embody their characters, and (b) the game takes place in a physical frame.
