Max Alexander (born May 11, 1981, in Camden, New Jersey) is a former American boxer. Professional career Alexander began his professional career in 2004 as a cruiser weight. Whilst he was undefeated, he would have lost a bout to Marty Lindquist in 2006 via a 1st round KO, however the bout was later declared a no contest because Lindquist failed a drug test. Although they would re-match and Alexander won by decision. His current professional record is 15 wins, 6 losses and 1 no contest. The Blue Horizon
The Blue Horizon is a historic 1,346-seat former boxing venue in Philadelphia. ''The Ring'' magazine voted it the number-one boxing venue in the world, and ''Sports Illustrated'' noted it as the last great boxing venue in the country. The Blue Horizon was originally constructed as three four-story Second Empire style houses in 1865. Originally built to house the nouveau riche, the properties were eventually sold to the Loyal Order of Moose. Architect Carl Berger oversaw the 1914 alterations to house the fraternal lodge, adding a ballroom, bar, and auditorium. Lodge #54, located at 1312-1316 North Broad Street had over 20,000 members by 1920, at that point the highest membership of any fraternal lodge in the world. Jameson Bostic (born 29 January 1984) is an American professional boxer who now resides in Auckland, New Zealand. Bostic is a former OPBF light heavyweight champion and was ranked in the WBC after defeating WBC 13th-ranked Japanese boxer Yuzo Kiyota. In 2007, Bostic took on Don King as his manager, but the two split apart due to contractual issues and keeping Bostic inactive for over 13 months in 2008. He is one of the founders of Afrigo Band, Uganda's longest-lasting band, founded in 1975. Early childhood and education Matovu was born on 19 June 1949 in Kawempe Division, Kampala District to Abdallah Bukenya and Solome Nakitto.
