Maurane (chanteuse)
Claudine Luypaerts, better known as Maurane (; 12 November 1960 – 7 May 2018), was a Francophone Belgian singer and actress. Brought to light in the 1980s with her role as Marie-Jeanne in the second version of the rock opera ''Starmania'', her best-known titles are "Toutes les mamas", "Sur un prélude de Bach" and "Tu es mon autre" (in a duet with Lara Fabian). She was regularly referred to as a "golden voice of francophone song," or having a "velvet voice." Jean-Claude Vannier
Jean-Claude Vannier (born 1943) is a French musician, composer and arranger. Vannier has composed music, written lyrics, and produced albums for many singers. Vannier is regarded as an important musician in his native country; music critic Andy Votel noted his Eastern music influences and named him a pop-culture icon of 1970s France, alongside Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin. Fabienne Thibeault (born 16 June 1952 in Montreal, Quebec) is a French Canadian singer. She is particularly known for her role in Starmania. Thibeault has released numerous albums over her career. She has been the recipient of two Félix Awards. History She began her singing career at 21, placing third at the Festival international de la chanson de Granby in 1972. In 1973 she won the same competition. She then went on to touring and singing with other better known Quebec artists, including Plume Latraverse and Sylvain Lelièvre. She released her first album ''De laine et de bois'' (Of Wool and Wood) in 1976. By 1972, she had caught the attention of producer Luc Plamondon. Michel Jean Hamburger (28 November 1947 – 2 August 1992), known professionally as Michel Berger, was a French singer and songwriter. He was a figure of France's pop music scene for two decades as a singer. As a songwriter he wrote for artists such as his wife France Gall, Françoise Hardy or Johnny Hallyday.
