Deivydas Matulevičius
Deivydas Matulevičius (born 8 April 1989) is a Lithuanian former professional footballer who played as a striker. Matulevičius has previously played for Interas-AE Visaginas, FC Vilnius and Žalgiris Vilnius in Lithuania, Odra Wodzisław, Cracovia and Reșița in Poland, Pandurii Târgu Jiu, FC Botoșani and Rapid București in Romania, Tobol in Kazakhstan, Royal Mouscron in Belgium, Hibernian in Scotland and Glentoran in Northern Ireland. Career Club Matulevičius signed a two-year contract with Hibernian in July 2017. He scored in a 5–0 Scottish League Cup win against Ayr United on 8 August, but made few appearances and was made available for transfer in December. Vytautas Matulevičius
Vytautas Antanas Matulevičius (born 31 July 1952) is a Lithuanian journalist, publicist, political figure and a former member of the Seimas. Biography In 1970, he finished Vilnius 22nd High School and in 1975 he graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of History where he gained the speciality of journalism. Later on, Matulevičius had postgraduate studies at the Department of Culture of the Academy of Social Sciences. In 1989, Matulevičius defended his dissertation called ''Contradictions in Public Life and Artistic Conflict'' (Lithuanian: ). He was a correspondent and the secretary-in-chief of a newspaper ''The Truth of Communist Youth'' (Lithuanian: ''Komjaunimo tiesa''). Later he went to Moscow and became the secretary-in-chief of a newspaper ''Press of the Youth'' (Russian: ''Molodiozhnaja pechat''). He also worked on a journal ''Friendship'' (Russian: ''Druzhba''). Jurgis Matulaitis-Matulevičius
Jurgis Matulaitis-Matulevičius (; 13 April 1871 - 27 January 1927) was a Latin Church Catholic prelate who served as the Bishop of Vilnius from late 1918 until his resignation in 1925. Matulaitis was also the founder of the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception and the Handmaids of Jesus in the Eucharist; he served as the Superior-General of the Marian Fathers from 1911 until his death. He worked in secret to revive the Marian Fathers after the Russian authorities suppressed all religious orders and he even relinquished his teaching position to better dedicate himself to that secret revival. He was a noted teacher and spiritual director who set up other branches of the order in places such as Switzerland and the United States far from Russian authorities. Matulaitis' cause for sainthood opened in the 1950s before he was titled as Venerable in 1982.
