Matthew Southworth
Matthew Southworth is a comic artist living in Seattle, Washington whose works frequently incorporate locations around the city. He's most well known for ''Stumptown'', a modern noir series written by Greg Rucka and published by Oni Press. The series was turned into an ABC show on which Southworth served as Executive Producer. Southworth's first published comics work was a short piece in Erik Larsen's Savage Dragon, followed by three issues of Infinity, Inc. Those issues, which he inked, also contained short backup pieces penciled by Southworth and inked by Stefano Gaudiano, who Southworth has occasionally assisted on projects like Daredevil and The Sensational Spider-Man. In June 2012, Southworth partnered with Southdown Creative to create a motion comic in support of the Xbox LIVE promotion, "Summer of Arcade 2012." Infinity, Inc
Infinity, Inc. is a team of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The first incarnation is mostly composed of the children and heirs of the Justice Society of America (JSA), making them the Society's analogue to the Teen Titans. Created by Roy Thomas, Jerry Ordway, and Mike Machlan, Infinity, Inc. first appears in ''All-Star Squadron'' #25 (September 1983). There is also an eponymous comics series starring the group that ran from March 1984 through June 1988. The second incarnation was formed by Lex Luthor. The third incarnation was formed by Steel. Ares (Marvel Comics)
Ares is a fictional character, a deity appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is based on the Greek god of the same name. He first appeared in ''Thor'' #129 (June 1966) and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Ares has commonly appeared as an enemy of Thor and Hercules and starred in his own self-titled series in 2006. Ares, the Greek God of War, was initially depicted as a supervillain in the Marvel Universe, opposing Thor, Hercules and the Avengers. The first series launched by Oni Press on November 4, 2009 and ran for four issues. A second miniseries began in September 2012 and ran for five issues and a third volume, this time ongoing, began in September 2014. The comic book is a modern-day detective fiction series based in Portland, Oregon, featuring Dex Parios, a bisexual female private investigator with a gambling problem.
