Matt Wilson (racing Driver)
Matt Wilson (born May 8, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 7 Chevrolet for CCM Racing. Racing career ARCA Menards Series East Wilson made his ARCA Menards Series East debut in 2022 at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. He will be running the No. 22 Chevrolet SS for CCM Racing. However, a mix-up occurred which the No. 22 withdrew, meaning Matt will drive the No. 10 for Fast Track with CCM as Tony Cosentino will replace Tim Monroe in the No. 12. The 2022 General Tire 150 was the second stock car race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series, the first race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series West and the 2022 Sioux Chief Showdown, and the third iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Avondale, Arizona at Phoenix Raceway, a 1-mile (1.6 km) permanent low-banked tri-oval race track. The race was run over 154 laps due to an overtime finish. Taylor Gray of David Gilliland Racing would win the race after leading 43 laps. This was Gray's first career ARCA Menards Series win and his fourth career west series win. It was an emotional win, as Gray dedicated it to Steven Stotts, the DGR hauler driver who was killed following an accident in Longview, Texas, on March 8. The Rust-Oleum Automotive Finishes 100 (formerly the Southern Illinois 100) is an ARCA Menards Series stock car race held annually on the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds Racetrack during the DuQuoin State Fair on Labor Day weekend. The Atlas 100 (formerly the Allen Crowe 100) is an ARCA Racing Series stock car race held annually on the Illinois State Fairgrounds Racetrack during the Illinois State Fair. Allen Crowe Born November 12, 1928, in Springfield, Illinois, Allen Crowe died in New Bremen, Ohio, on June 2, 1963, from injuries sustained in a Sprint Car race at New Bremen Speedway. The General Tire 100 at The Glen is an ARCA Menards Series race held annually at Watkins Glen International, on the road course.
