Matt Walsh (actor)
Matthew Paul Walsh (born October 13, 1964) is an American comedian and actor. He is best known for his role as Mike McLintock in ''Veep'' for which he received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. He is a founding member of the Upright Citizens Brigade sketch comedy troupe, with which he co-starred in its original television series and the 2015 reboot. He also previously starred in short-lived comedy programs such as '' Dog Bites Man'' and '' Players'', and was a correspondent on ''The Daily Show with Jon Stewart''. He has also appeared in films such as ''Road Trip'' (2000), ''Bad Santa'' (2003), '' School for Scoundrels'' (2006), ''Role Models'' (2008), ''The Hangover'' (2009), and ''The Do-Over'' (2016). ''The Hangover'' is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Todd Phillips, and written by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. It is the first installment in ''The Hangover'' trilogy. Ian Roberts (American Actor)
Ian Michael Roberts (born July 29, 1965) is an American actor, comedian, writer, and a founding member of the famed Upright Citizens Brigade improv and sketch comedy troupe. Life and career Roberts was born in Queens, New York to parents Don and Penny Roberts, but spent most of his childhood in Secaucus, New Jersey, where he moved at age four. In 1987 he graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa, where he majored in theater. He moved to Milwaukee and eventually to Chicago where he became involved in improvisational comedy, studying under comedy legend Del Close. Amy Meredith Poehler ( ; born September 16, 1971) is an American actress and comedian. Del Close (March 9, 1934 – March 4, 1999) was an American actor, writer, and teacher who coached many of the best-known comedians and comic actors of the late twentieth century. In addition to an acting career in television and film, he was one of the influences on modern improvisational theater. Close was co-founder of the ImprovOlympic (iO). iO, or iO Chicago, (formerly known as ImprovOlympic) is an improv theater and training center in central Chicago. The theater teaches and hosts performances of improvisational comedy. It was founded in 1981 by Del Close and Charna Halpern. The theater has many notable alumni, including Amy Poehler and Stephen Colbert. The iO Theater formerly had a branch in Los Angeles called iO West (1997-2018), and in Raleigh, North Carolina called iO South. The Annoyance Theatre, or Annoyance Productions, is a theatre and associated ensemble based in Chicago, Illinois, that deals mainly in absurd and outrageous humor. Improvisational Comedy
