William Matthew Outen (2 July 1883 – 27 January 1930) was an Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda Football Club, St Kilda in the Australian Football League, Victorian Football League (VFL) and Williamstown Football Club, Williamstown in the Victorian Football League, Victorian Football Association (VFA). The club currently competes in the men's and women's Victorian Football League and VFLW competitions. The Victorian Football League (VFL) is an Australian rules football league in Australia serving as one of the second-tier regional semi-professional competitions which sit underneath the fully professional Australian Football League (AFL).
