Matthew Bush (born March 22, 1986) is an American actor, best known for the film '' Adventureland'' and his AT&T Rollover Minutes commercials. He starred in the TBS comedy '' Glory Daze'' as Eli Feldman, a freshman who rushes the wildest fraternity on a 1980s college campus. He also featured in a 2018 Pizza Hut commercial and played Andy Cogan on '' The Goldbergs''. Life and career Bush was born in Philadelphia and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He is of English and Italian descent. His parents, Linda and Dennis Bush, run a magic act. Matthew Brian Bush (born February 8, 1986) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers and Milwaukee Brewers. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres with the first overall draft pick in the 2004 Major League Baseball draft. Despite being drafted first overall, due to numerous personal and legal problems, Bush did not make his MLB debut until he was 30 years old, in May 2016. Early life Bush attended Mission Bay High School in San Diego, California. He played shortstop, where his defense and arm strength made him a top major league prospect. He had a .450 batting average with 11 home runs and 35 runs batted in (RBIs). He also pitched, and he threw a fastball with a curveball. Matt Bush (born 22 December 1988) is a Welsh para taekwondo practitioner who competes in the F44 classification in the +80 kg category. Bush, who does not have a left hand and forearm, is a two-time champion at the World Para Taekwondo Championships. Career Prior to his para taekwondo career, Bush was a javelin thrower. He had been set to make his Paralympic debut at the 2016 Summer Paralympics but he withdrew due to a shoulder injury. Shortly afterward, he switched to para taekwondo. At the 2019 World Championships, Bush won the gold medal to become Britain's first world champion in para taewkwondo. He was named to the national para taekwondo squad at the rescheduled 2020 Summer Paralympics in 2021 in para taekwondo. However he was forced to withdraw after he had injured his ACL and was replace by his teammate Joe Lane.
