Matt Bowen (basketball)
Matt Bowen is an American college basketball coach, formerly head men's basketball coach of the Bemidji State Beavers and the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs. Originally from River Falls, Wisconsin, Bowen attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 until 1995. While there, he served as a student assistant for the Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team, who were at the time led by College Basketball Hall of Fame head coach Bob Knight. He graduated from Indiana University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in health, physical education, and recreation. Following his graduation, Bowen was hired as an assistant coach under Gene Bartow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1995 until 2002. While there the Blazers won a Conference USA National Division championship and appeared in one NCAA Tournament appearance. Indiana Hoosiers Men's Basketball
The Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team represents Indiana University Bloomington in NCAA Division I college basketball and competes in the Big Ten Conference. Kevin Williamson (basketball)
Kevin Williamson is an American college basketball coach, currently head men's basketball coach at Dakota State University. Early life Williamson played collegiate basketball and golf at the University of Great Falls (now known as the University of Providence) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education, health, and physical education in 2007. Coaching career Early coaching career Following his graduation he spent the 2007–08 season as the head coach at Kofa High School in Yuma, Arizona. While there he led Kofa to the AIA 5A Division II State Quarterfinals, eventually losing to Ironwood Ridge HS by a score of 75–31. He then went to Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California for one season before receiving his first collegiate coaching opportunity at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona as an assistant coach. 2012 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2012 NCAA Division II men's basketball tournament involved 64 schools playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division II college basketball as a culmination of the 2011–12 basketball season. The Western Washington Vikings won the tournament to earn the first basketball national championship in school history. Matt Lottich
Matthew Lottich ( ; born July 29, 1982) is an American basketball coach who was previously the head coach of the Valparaiso Crusaders men's basketball, Valparaiso University men's basketball team. He was named head coach on April 7, 2016, one day after Bryce Drew left the program. He was terminated as head coach on March 23, 2023. Lottich had been an assistant at Valparaiso since 2013. Lottich was hired as Associate Head Coach at Brown Bears men's basketball, Brown University in August 2024. After one season at Brown he was hired as assistant coach at Grand Canyon Antelopes men's basketball, Grand Canyon University. Career Lottich went to New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL where he was an all-state athlete in basketball, baseball, and as a quarterback in football. Edinboro is a borough in Erie County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 4,920 at the 2020 census. It is a small college town, home to Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro. Summit League Men's Basketball Tournament
The Summit League men's basketball tournament, popularly known as The Summit League at the Falls, is the post-season tournament for NCAA Division I conference Summit League. The winner of the tournament receives the Summit League's automatic bid into the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship. The tournament was first played in 1984, when the league was known as the Association of Mid-Continent Universities (AMCU). The league was also known as the Mid-Continent Conference from 1989 to 2007, after which it was renamed to The Summit League.
