Mathias Sjöberg (born September 15, 1988, in Finja) is a Swedish ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Tyringe SOS in the Swedish Division 2. He has played in the Swedish Elitserien with Rögle BK Rögle BK (Rögle Bandyklubb) is a Swedish professional ice hockey club from Ängelholm that has been playing in the SHL since the 2015–16 season. Rögle has previously played in the SHL (previously named Elitserien) in 1992–1996, 2008–20 ..., but decided to move back home and play in a lower division because he missed doing things like fishing and hunting that he did not have time to do while playing in a high division. Defenceman (ice Hockey)
Defence or defense (in American English) in ice hockey is a player position that is primarily responsible for preventing the opposing team from Goal (ice hockey), scoring. They are often referred to as defencemen, D, D-men or blueliners (the latter a reference to the blue line in ice hockey which represents the boundary of the offensive zone; defencemen generally position themselves along the line to keep the puck in the zone). Finja is a Urban areas in Sweden, locality situated in Hässleholm Municipality, Scania County, Sweden. Finja is located north of Lake Finjasjön, between Hässleholm and Tyringe. Rögle BK (Rögle Bandyklubb) is a Swedish professional ice hockey club from Ängelholm that has been playing in the SHL since the 2015–16 season. Tyringe SOS
Tyringe is a locality situated in Hässleholm Municipality, Scania County, Sweden with 4,658 inhabitants in 2010. History Administratively the place was made a municipal community (''municipalsamhälle'') within the rural municipalities of Finja and Västra Torup in 1928. In Sweden, the term ''municipalsamhälle'' was previously used for certain localities, functioning as a "submunicipality" with certain regulations granted by the king and also in effect for towns. The local government reform of 1952 created ''Tyringe Municipality'' out of five former entities. The last four (among them Tyringe) of the once 240 ''municipalsamhällen'' were dissolved in 1971. Frölunda Hockey Club, previously known as the Frölunda Indians, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Gothenburg. They currently play in the highest Swedish league, the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), formerly the Elitserien, where they have played for most of the club's existence.
