Mathias Färm
Mathias Färm (born September 9, 1974, in Örebro, Sweden) is a guitar player, best known as a member of the Swedish punk rock band Millencolin. He is also the frontman of a punk band named Franky Lee, a side-project of Millencolin. He started skating in 1987 and started listening to Operation Ivy, Mc Rad, the Descendents and Odd Man Out because of the skate videos. Early in 1992 he and Nikola Šarčević were members of a band named Seigmen, which was a punk rock band singing in Swedish. Färm runs a studio named Soundlab Studios, which he started with the help of Mieszko Talarczyk the former lead singer of Swedish grindcore band Nasum. He was the inaugural drummer for Millencolin but soon switched to guitar when Millencolin's current drummer Fredrik Larzon joined the band in 1993. Fredrik Larzon
Fredrik Larzon (born April 25, 1973) is the drummer of the Swedish punk band Millencolin. He was born in Örebro and lives in Limhamn. He runs another project named Kvoteringen. Nasum
Nasum (pronounced 'nah-zumm') was a Swedish grindcore band from Örebro, formed in 1992. The band released four studio albums and developed into "one of that country's premier metal acts". They disbanded after the December 2004 tsunami killed the band's frontman, Mieszko Talarczyk. In 2012, Nasum reunited with Rotten Sound frontman Keijo Niinimaa taking the place of Talarczyk, for a one-off tour to celebrate the band's 20th anniversary. Biography Nasum was formed in 1992 by Anders Jakobson (guitar) and Rickard Alriksson (drums/vocals), two former members of the band Necrony. The band's name, Latin for "nose", was taken from the horror film ''Flesh for Frankenstein.'' The record label of Necrony offered Nasum a slot on a split 7-inch. Mieszko Talarczyk
Mieszko Talarczyk (December 23, 1974 – December 26, 2004) was the lead singer and guitarist of the Swedish grindcore band Nasum, Genocide Superstars, and Krigshot. Known for his engineering and production abilities, he co-founded Soundlab studios with Millencolin guitarist Mathias Färm. In 2004, Mieszko went on holiday to Thailand with his girlfriend during a break in between albums, and died in the tsunami disaster on December 26, 2004. His body was identified on February 16, 2005, and his remains were transported back to his hometown of Örebro Örebro ( ; ) is the seventh-largest city in Sweden, the seat of Örebro Municipality, and capital of Örebro County. Soundlab Studios
Soundlab was a collective of artists, both sound and visual, that started in the East Village, New York City around the mid 1990s. The founding members were Howard Goldkrand, Beth Coleman and Paul D. Miller aka DJ Spooky. The collective included many musicians and artists from the Illbient scene including DJ Olive, Lloop, Dj Wally, A.K. Atoms, Kit Krash, Acoustyk aka MegMan, Lucy Walker and Tim Sweet. The initial ''Soundlab'' events took place at David Linton's ''House of Ouch'' in Chinatown and then moving around to secret venues around the city including participation in The RV's Substation massive at Andy Warhol's old Factory space (being the last event ever held there). Nikola Šarčević
Nikola Šarčević (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Шарчевић; born 9 July 1974, Örebro) is a Swedish musician of Serbian origin. He is the bassist, vocalist, and primary songwriter for the Swedish punk rock band Millencolin and also has a solo career with four studio albums. He also runs the Swedish brewery Duckpond Brewing. Biography His first band was Seigmenn. '' Lock-Sport-Krock'' was Šarčević's first solo album. The title comes from the name of an imaginary football team that he and his brother pretended to play in when they were young. His solo work is mostly composed of folk rock and country music. On 20 April 2003, the band cancelled their US Tour after Nikola reported the disappearance of his brother, Miodrag Šarčević. Miodrag was found, deceased, four years later.
