Mathew Keller
Matthew Keller or Mathew Keller (1810–1881) was an early agriculturalist, vintner and Distilled beverage, distiller in Los Angeles, California, shortly after it became part of the United States following the Mexican–American War, Mexican War. He was also on the county Board of Supervisors and on the Los Angeles Common Council, Common Council, the city's governing body. Personal Keller was born in Queenstown, Ireland Queenstown, County Cork, Ireland, in 1810 according to his grandson he graduated from Trinity College, Dublin but in fact Trinity College did not let in Catholics until 1970 and they had no record of his attending. He was well educated and his business ventures show how intelligent he was. He married Eliza Christie and when he died in 1881 he was survived by three children, Caroline E. ''Ricinus communis'', the castor bean or castor oil plant, is a species of perennial flowering plant in the spurge family, Euphorbiaceae. Works Progress Administration
The Works Progress Administration (WPA; from 1935 to 1939, then known as the Work Projects Administration from 1939 to 1943) was an American New Deal agency that employed millions of jobseekers (mostly men who were not formally educated) to carry out public works projects, including the construction of public buildings and roads. It was set up on May 6, 1935, by presidential order, as a key part of the Second New Deal. In United States property law, a cloud on title or title defect is any irregularity in the chain of title of property (usually real property) that would give a reasonable person pause before accepting a conveyance of title. Rancho Topanga Malibu Sequit was a Spanish land grant in the Santa Monica Mountains and adjacent coast, within present day Los Angeles County, California. It was given by Spanish Governor José Joaquín de Arrillaga in 1804 to José Bartolomé Tapia. The present day communities of Malibu and western Topanga are located on parts of the former rancho.
