Mat Clark
Mathew Clark (born October 17, 1990) is an American-born Canadian former professional ice hockey defenseman. He played in the National Hockey League with the Anaheim Ducks, after he was selected by the Ducks in the 2nd round (37th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career The son of a Canadian father, Mat Clark was born in Lakewood, Colorado, before he moved to Milton, Ontario with his family when he was four. Prior to turning professional, Clark played major junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League with the Brampton Battalion. After two seasons with the Battalion, and showing potential as a physical defensive defenseman by being selected as the best body checker and defensive defenseman in the Eastern Conference poll, he was signed to a three-year entry-level contract with the Anaheim Ducks on March 31, 2010. The Syracuse Crunch are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). They play in Syracuse, New York, at the Upstate Medical University Arena. They are the primary development affiliate of the National Hockey League's Tampa Bay Lightning. The Cleveland Monsters are a professional ice hockey team in the American Hockey League (AHL). The team began play in 2007 as the Lake Erie Monsters and since 2015 has served as the top affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League (NHL). American Hockey League
The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL). Since the 2010–11 season, every team in the league has an affiliation agreement with one NHL team. When NHL teams do not have an AHL affiliate, players are assigned to AHL teams affiliated with other NHL teams. Michael Sgarbossa (born July 25, 1992) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward currently playing for the Hershey Bears in the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). Playing career As a youth, Sgarbossa played in the 2005 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Halton, Ontario. The Calgary Flames are a professional ice hockey team based in Calgary. Matt Beleskey
Matthew Beleskey (born June 7, 1988) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey left winger. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Anaheim Ducks, Boston Bruins and New York Rangers. Playing career Beleskey grew up in the small town of Midhurst, Ontario in the Springwater Township. He played his minor hockey for the Barrie Icemen AAA program of the OMHA's Eastern AAA League. Norfolk Admirals (AHL)
The Norfolk Admirals were a professional ice hockey team that played in the American Hockey League. They became affiliated with the Anaheim Ducks after being dropped from the Tampa Bay Lightning following their 2012 AHL championship season.
