Masum Ahmed Chowdhury
Masum Ahmed Chowdhury ( – 19 March 2012) Bangladeshi diplomat. He is the former High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Maldives, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Early life Born , Choudhury studied at St. Gregory's High School and College, St. Gregory's High School. He graduated from the University of Dhaka and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Career Chowdhury taught history in Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and Jagannath College in 1960s. He joined the information cadre after passing the Central Superior Services examination of Pakistan. After the Independence of Bangladesh, he joined the Foreign Service of Bangladesh. In 1977, Chowdhury served as the second secretary at the embassy of Bangladesh in Kenya. Chowdhury served as the High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Maldives. Mehmet Masum Süer
Mehmet Masum Suer is a documentary photographer and photojournalist. Personal life Suer was born on 15 October 1957 in village of Avina (Sürgücü) Mardin, and lives in Diyarbakir, Turkey. He completed primary school in Mardin's Omerli and Kiziltepe district, secondary school in Kayseri's Sariz and high school in Erzurum's Senkaya district (1975). He graduated from the Turkish department of Diyarbakir Education Institute in 1980. In 1992, he completed her undergraduate studies at Anadolu University, Faculty of Turkish Language and Literature. Suer, who took his first photograph as a child in 1970 in Kiziltepe, started journalism at a very young age in 1974 in Senkaya/Erzurum. Asya (born 1 March 1965) is a Turkish pop singer and songwriter who appeared as backing vocalist for Nilüfer between 1990 and 1994. Her first album, ''Asya'' was released in 1994. Mir Masum's Minar
Mir Masum Minar, known locally as Masum Shah jo Minaro, is a monument in Sukkur, Pakistan. Built during the Mughal period, it is a high minaret of Mir Masum Shah. History The minaret is built of burned bricks. It stands about high and stretches in circumference at the base. It is surmounted by a dome reached by an internal staircase. The minaret was started in 1595AD by Mir Muhammad Masum Shah Bakhri and completed by his son, Mir Buzurg in 1618AD. The monument was built to honor Mir Masum, who was a scholar, poet, calligraphist, historian, and soldier. Mir Masum was born at Sukkur-Bhakkar in 944 AH (1537AD). He wrote a history of Sindh called the ''Tarikh-e-Masumi'', compiled in 1009AH (1600AD). His services and qualities impressed Emperor Akbar who awarded him large '' jagirs'' in the surrounding areas of Sukkur. The Kamalapur Mosque, () also known as Masum Khan Mosque, () is a square shaped three-domed ancient mosque and archaeological site located in Barisal District of Bangladesh. It is located in the Kamalapur village under Gournadi Upazila. It was built in the Mughal style, during the 16th century. History The mosque is a protected monument by Department of Archaeology since 1975. Features The walls of the mosque are thick, long, to the north–south, and wide, to the east–west. Rashid "Rash" Masum is a fictional character from the BBC medical drama ''Casualty (TV series), Casualty'', played by actor Neet Mohan. He first appeared in the eleventh episode of Casualty series 32, series thirty-two, which was broadcast on 4 November 2017. Rash is introduced into the series as a junior doctor undergoing his first year of the Foundation Programme. Rash is characterised as a shy and bashful doctor; he is an eternal optimist who tries to make others laugh. Casualty's series producer Lucy Raffety billed Rash as an "innocent, cautious and nice" character.
