MasterChef New Zealand (series 6)
The sixth series of '' MasterChef New Zealand'' was announced in October 2014 in a TV3 lineup after TVNZ axed the series after 5 seasons. It premiered on 26 July 2015. Al Brown and New Zealand Co-Restaurateurs of the Year Mark Wallbank join the judging panel with Josh Emett, replacing Ray McVinnie and Simon Gault. Episodes aired on Sundays and Mondays. Three (), stylised as +HR=E, is a New Zealand nationwide television channel. Launched on 26 November 1989 as TV3, it was New Zealand's first private broadcasting, privately owned television channel. The channel currently broadcasts nationally (with regional advertising targeting four markets) in digital free-to-air form via the state-owned Kordia on terrestrial and satellite. Vodafone also carries the channel for their cable subscribers in Wellington and Christchurch. It previously broadcast nationally on analogue television until that was switched off on 1 December 2013. Nadia Lim
Nadia Rui-chi Lim (born 21 December 1985) is a New Zealand celebrity chef, entrepreneur, food writer and television personality. Lim is known as the self-proclaimed "Nude Cook" as an advocate of natural, unprocessed foods, and for creating healthy, nutritious recipes by putting a health focus behind food, which is influenced by her background as a clinical dietitian. In December 2024, Lim was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services to the food industry. Gary Rhodes
Gary Rhodes (22 April 1960 – 26 November 2019) was an English restaurateur and television chef, known for his love of English cuisine and ingredients and for his distinctive spiked hair style. He fronted shows such as ''MasterChef'', '' MasterChef USA'', ''Hell's Kitchen'', and his own series, ''Rhodes Around Britain''. As well as owning several restaurants, Rhodes also had his own line of cookware and bread mixes. Greg Malouf
Greg Malouf (1959 – September 2024) was an Australian chef of Lebanese descent, author, and culinary consultant. He was known as a pioneer of modern Middle Eastern cuisine in Australia and for the influence that his work has had on Middle Eastern cuisine at large. Malouf won the James Beard Foundation Award for his book ''Suqar'' in 2019. He was also awarded two hats at the chef's hat awards by the Age Food Guide. Liquid nitrogen (LN2) is nitrogen in a liquid state at cryogenics, low temperature. Liquid nitrogen has a boiling point of about . George Dimitrios Calombaris (; born 4 October 1978) is a Greek Australian chef and restaurateur and television personality. Calombaris was one of the judges of the Network 10 series ''MasterChef Australia'' from 2009 to 2019.
