MasterChef New Zealand (series 3)
The third series of '' MasterChef New Zealand'' was broadcast in 2012. Filming started in November 2011. The series started on 21 February 2012. This season the number of contestants changed from 12 to 16, also increasing the number of episode from 12-13 to 16-17. The winner was Chelsea Winter, who beat runner-up Ana Schwarz 77 points to 72. TV One (New Zealand)
TVNZ 1 () is the first national television channel owned and operated by the state-owned broadcaster Television New Zealand (TVNZ). It is the oldest television broadcaster in New Zealand, starting out from 1960 as independent channels in the four main centres of Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, networking in 1969 to become NZBC TV (although the individual facilities retained their call signs into the 1970s). Ciabatta
Ciabatta (, ; ) is an Italian white bread created in 1982 by a baker in Adria, Veneto, in response to the popularity of French baguettes. Ciabatta is somewhat elongated, broad, and flat, and is baked in many variations, although unique for its alveolar holes. Ciabatta is made with a strong flour and uses a very high hydration dough. Etymology The name was given to the bread because of its flat, oval shape. In Italian, means 'carpet slipper'. Annabel Langbein
Annabel Rose Langbein (born 1958) is a New Zealand celebrity cook, food writer and publisher. She has published over 30 cookbooks, and co-produced three seasons of her award-winning television series, ''Annabel Langbein The Free Range Cook'', which launched on the TV One network in New Zealand and has since screened in more than 90 countries.
