Hip-hop or hip hop (originally disco rap) is a popular music Music genre, genre that emerged in the early 1970s from the African Americans, African-American community of New York City. The style is characterized by its synthesis of a wide range of musical techniques. Hip-hop includes rapping often enough that the terms can be used synonymously. However, "hip-hop" more properly denotes an entire hip-hop culture, subculture. Other key markers of the genre are the disc jockey, turntablism, scratching, beatboxing, and hip hop production, instrumental tracks. Cultural interchange has always been central to the hip-hop genre. It simultaneously borrows from its social environment while commenting on it. The hip-hop genre and culture emerged from block parties in ethnic minority neighborhoods of New York City, particularly The Bronx, Bronx. L'Écrasement De Tête
L'Écrasement de tête (Head Crush) is the first street album by the Sexion d'Assaut collective (not taking into account the discography of the 3rd Prototype, the internal group of the Sexion d'Assaut). La Sexion d'Assaut was made up of the 3rd Prototype group and solo artists: Black M, Doomams, Balistik and L.I.O (Balistik and L.I.O, however, did not make the slightest appearance on the street album). Lefa said in a magazine in 2009 that the 3rd Prototype did not exist since the release of The Head Crush, therefore the Sexion D'Assaut is a band in its own right and no longer a collective. It was released on May 4, 2009 on Because Music. This disc will be the first to experience significant success, and really increase the group's notoriety among the general public. The title "T'es bête ou quoi ?" appears on the soundtrack of the film Ong-Bak 2. The album has sold over 45,000 copies. This street album allows them to start their first tour with many dates all over France in fu ...

Les Chroniques Du 75
Sexion d'Assaut (), formerly known as 3ème Prototype (for "Troisième Prototype" ), was a French hip hop band formed in 2002, composed of eight Parisian rappers. They are signed to independent record label Wati B, which is under exclusive license to Sony Music Entertainment France. The founding members were L.I.O. Black M, Maska and Lefa. In 2003, it became a collective as Maître Gims and JR O Crom joined in. Throughout its existence, it included about 20 rappers, but set-up changed from time to time. The group distinguishes itself of staying away from "bling bling" that other French rappers have adopted. They also retain the style of old school hip-hop, but keep underground influences and spent almost a decade fostering an underground fanbase before releasing their debut studio album ''L'École des points vitaux'' in 2010. Their album ''L'École des points vitaux'' in 2010 went quadruple platinum. The album '' En attendant L'Apogée: les Chroniques du 75'' in 2011 and ''L' ...
