Adam Masina
Adam Masina (; born 2 January 1994) is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Italian club Torino, and the Morocco national team. Coming through Bologna's youth academy, Masina made his senior appearance with the club in 2012, and transferred to Watford in 2018. He was also loaned to Giacomense twice. Masina was born in Morocco but moved to Italy at a young age. He initially represented Italy at an international level of under-21, before switching to play for the Morocco national team in 2021. Club career Masina was born in Khouribga, Morocco, but lost his mother as just an infant. He successively moved to Italy together with his brother and father, settling down in Emilia-Romagna, and was later assigned to a number of foster families due to his father's problems with alcoholism. Tabas-e Masina
Tabas-e Masina () is a city in Gazik District of Darmian County, South Khorasan province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Tabas-e Masina Rural District. History In the Middle Ages, the town was known as Tabas al-Unnab ('Tabas of the Jujube') to distinguish it from the nearby Tabas al-Tamr ('Tabas of the Dates'); together the two towns gave their name to the district of Tabasayn. In the 10th century, Ibn Hawqal described it as a middling town of clay bricks, but with ruined fortifications and no castle; while Qazvini in the 13th century mentions a castle in the nearby village of Iravah. Medieval geographers noted the relatively abundant water supply of the town, in marked contrast to the surrounding countryside. Masina, Kinshasa
Masina is a municipality ('' commune'') in the Tshangu District of Kinshasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is bordered by the Pool Malebo in the north and ''Boulevard Lumbumba'' to the south. Masina shelters within it the '' Marché de la Liberté "M’Zee Laurent-Désiré Kabila''”, one of the largest markets of Kinshasa, which was built under the presidency of Laurent-Désiré Kabila to repay the inhabitants of the district of Tshangu who had resisted the rebels in August 1998. Massina Empire
The Caliphate of Hamdullahi (; ; ; ; also: Dina of Massina, Sise Jihad state), commonly known as the Massina Empire (also spelled ''Maasina'' or ''Macina''), was an early nineteenth-century Sunni Muslim caliphate in West Africa centered in the Inner Niger Delta of what is now the Mopti and Ségou Regions of Mali. It was founded by Seku Amadu in 1818 during the Fulani jihads after defeating the Bambara Empire and its allies at the Battle of Noukouma. By 1853, the empire had fallen into decline and was ultimately destroyed by Omar Saidou Tall of Toucouleur. The Massina Empire was one of the most organized theocratic states of its time on the African continent and had its capital at Hamdullahi.
