Maryam Nawaz
Maryam Nawaz Sharif (born 28 October 1973) is a Pakistani politician who has served as the 20th chief minister of Punjab since 26 February 2024. She is the first woman to hold the position of chief minister in Pakistan. Born to former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif in 1973, she began her political career in 2012 when she took charge of the election campaign for the 2013 Pakistani general election. Following the election, she was appointed as the chairperson of the Prime Minister's Youth Programme in 2013. In 2014, she resigned from the position after her appointment was challenged in the Lahore High Court. After her election to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab in the 2024 Pakistani general election, Maryam was appointed chief minister of Punjab. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif (born 25 December 1949) is a Pakistani politician and businessman who served as the 12th Prime Minister of Pakistan, prime minister of Pakistan for three non-consecutive terms, first serving from 1990 to 1993, then from 1997 to 1999 and later from 2013 to 2017. Kinnaird College
The Kinnaird College for Women (KCW) is a university located in Lahore, Pakistan. It is a women's liberal arts university. Kinnaird was established in 1913 by the Zenana Bible and Medical Mission. In 1919, Presbyterian Mission Church and the Church Mission Society joined a consortium to fund and operate the college. In 1926, it moved to its current campus on the Jail Road, where it grew over the years. By 1939, the college had grown into a campus. The college is named after Lady Mary Jane Kinnaird, co-founder of YWCA and a great philanthropist of her time. The Convent of Jesus and Mary, Lahore, commonly referred to as Convent, is a private Catholic primary and secondary school for girls situated in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Begum Kulsoom Nawaz Sharif ( Punjabi, ; ''née'' Butt; 29 March 1948 – 11 September 2018) was a Pakistani politician who was the Spouse of the Prime Minister of Pakistan for three times during the governments of Nawaz Sharif. The Lahore High Court () is a provincial court house based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established as a high court on 21 March 1882. The Lahore High Court has jurisdiction over the province of Punjab.
