Maryam Moghaddam ( fa, مریم مقدم; born 1968) is an Iranian actress, screenwriter and director. Behtash Sanaeeha ( fa, بهتاش صناعیها; born 1980 in Shiraz) is an Iranian film director, producer, and screenwriter. Biography Behtash Sanaeeha was born in Shiraz, a city located in the Fars province. He graduated in civil engineering BA, and later left his Master of Arts programme in architecture and started writing scripts and directing short films, documentaries and advertisements. He also wrote and directed two animated TV series and a TV fiction film. His first feature film, "Risk of Acid Rain" won the Best Screenplay of the 31st Fajr Film Festival, and also got nominated for the best film in the Arts and Experience section in the same festival. ''Closed Curtain'' ( fa, پرده, italics=yes, ''Pardeh'') is a 2013 Iranian docufiction film by Jafar Panahi and Kambuzia Partovi. It premiered at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival on February 12, 2013 where Panahi won the Silver Bear for Best Script. It was shot secretly at Panahi's own beachfront villa on the Caspian Sea. Panahi stated that he began shooting the film in a state of melancholy but managed to recover by the film's completion. Babak Payami ( fa, بابک پیامی , born 1966) is an Iranian-Canadian film director, writer and producer. Kambuzia Partovi (also spelt Kambozia Partovi, fa, کامبوزیا پرتوی; 11 November 1955 – 24 November 2020) was an Iranian film director and screenwriter. Biography He was born in Rasht, Iran, on the Caspian Sea. After studying theater arts in school he wrote mainly scripts for TV series. In 1988 he made his feature film debut with ''Golnar''. His 2007 film ''Café Transit,'' which received the special mention at Mar del Plata film festival, was selected by Iran as its candidate for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. He wrote screenplays for other directors, most notably Jafar Panahi's '' The Circle''. In 2013 he acted in and co-directed ''Closed Curtain'' with Panahi.
