Marvin Bryant Ramirez (born May 20, 1989) is a Colombian professional basketball player for Team Cali. of the Baloncesto Profesional Colombiano, Division Profesional de Baloncesto Colombiano (DPB). Ramirez played for InderVallhis rookie year in the Liga Baloncesto Profesional Colombiano. Ramirez also played basketball for the Cafeteros de Armenia, and Once Caldas de Manizales. Since 2015 Ramirez has played in the mid-Atlantic conference of the East Coast Basketball League (ECBL). The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. East Coast Basketball League (ECBL) is a men's professional basketball minor league in the United States that began play in March 2015. The league is centered in the Carolinas with teams also in Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Baloncesto Profesional Colombiano (in English: Professional Colombian Basketball), currently known as the Liga WPlay de Baloncesto for sponsorship reasons, is the premier professional basketball championship in Colombia.
