Martynas Pocius
Martynas Pocius (born 28 April 1986) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player. He was also a member of the Lithuania men's national basketball team, Lithuanian national basketball team. Early life Martynas Pocius was born in Vilnius to Gintaras, a basketball coach, and Jūratė, a physical education teacher. At age 13, he suffered a serious injury to his left hand, partially cutting three fingers with a Angle grinder, grinder while at school. The Lithuania men's national basketball team () represents Lithuania in international basketball competitions. They are controlled by the Lithuanian Basketball Federation, the governing body for basketball in Lithuania. The Lithuanian Basketball Federation (), also known as LKF, is a national governing body of basketball in Lithuania. It was founded in 1936, but due to Occupation of the Baltic states, Soviet occupation, the federation disappeared from FIBA.
