Martin Ørnskov
Martin Ørnskov Nielsen (; born 10 October 1985) is a Danish retired professional footballer. Ørnskov began playing football at age 5 in the Silkeborg IF academy and came through the ranks to make well over 100 appearances in all competitions for them. He moved to Norwegian side Viking in 2012, where he had a short spell before moving back to Denmark to join Brøndby IF in 2013. After three years in Brøndby, Ørnskov signed with Lyngby BK in 2016, experiencing both European football, relegation and promotion in three years. He became club captain for Lyngby in 2018. In 2020, Ørnskov announced his retirement after suffering a concussion the season before. Lyngby Boldklub
Lyngby Boldklub () is a Danish professional football club founded in 1921. It is based at Lyngby Stadion in Kongens Lyngby, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, a northern suburb of Copenhagen. From 1994 to 2001 the club was known as Lyngby FC. The club has won the Danish championship twice (1983 and 1992) and the Danish Cup three times (1984, 1985 and 1990). History The club was first founded on 8 April 1906 but it was disbanded again in 1915 due to problems with where they were allowed to play. On 30 March 1921, 30 young people from the football department of Lyngby IF decided to break away and start their own club. They named it Lyngby Boldklub af 1921. 2014–15 UEFA Europa League
The 2014–15 UEFA Europa League was the 44th season of Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the sixth season since it was renamed from the UEFA Cup to the UEFA Europa League. The 2015 UEFA Europa League Final was played at the Stadion Narodowy in Warsaw, with Spanish side and title holders Sevilla defeating Ukrainian side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk 3–2 to win a record fourth title. Danish 1st Division
The 1st Division (''1. Division'') is the second-highest football league in Denmark, also known as NordicBet Liga for sponsorship reasons. From 1945 to 1991 the 1. Division was the name of the highest level of football in Denmark. With the formation of the Danish Superliga, the 1st Division became the second tier of Danish football. While all the teams in the Superliga are full-time professional the 1. Division has a mixture of full-time professional and semi-professional teams. Mathias Tauber
Mathias Dyring Tauber (born 24 August 1984) is a Danish former professional footballer. He mainly played as a central defender. After having played numerous seasons in the lower divisions of Danish football, Tauber made his debut in the Danish Superliga in 2010, after signing with Lyngby Boldklub. He totalled 176 league matches for the club, captaining the side between 2012 and 2018. A dispute with head coach Mark Strudal saw him leave the club for Nykøbing FC in 2018, where he ended his active career. Club career Tauber played his first years as a senior for AB. Between 2002 and 2005, he played for Ølstykke FC. In the summer of 2005 he joined Stenløse BK, where he played 18 matches. Mark Strudal
Mark Agner Boecking Strudal (born 29 April 1968) is a Danish football coach and former player who played as a striker. Playing career Strudal was born in Glostrup. He got his national breakthrough while playing for Næstved IF in the Danish 1st Division championship. He made his debut for the Danish national team in May 1988, and was named 1988 ''Revelation of the Year'' as Næstved finished runners-up in the 1st Division. He moved abroad to play professionally for German team Borussia Dortmund in the winter 1988. He played half a season at Dortmund, but had a controversy with manager Horst Köppel. He moved on to play for Grasshopper Club Zürich in Switzerland in the summer 1989, and won three trophies in his two years at the club. The 2017–18 Danish Superliga season was the 28th season of the Danish Superliga, which decides the Danish football championship. F.C. Copenhagen, Copenhagen are the defending champions. Vendsyssel Forenede Fodboldklubber is a professional football club based in Hjørring, Denmark. The team competes in the Danish 1st Division, the second tier of Danish football. Christian Thers Nørgaard (born 10 March 1994) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for club Brentford and the Denmark national team. Between abortive spells with Hamburger SV and Fiorentina, Nørgaard came to prominence in his homeland with Brøndby.
