''Paris'' is a musical with the book by Martin Brown (writer), Martin Brown, and music and lyrics by Cole Porter, as well as Walter Kollo and Louis Alter (music) and E. Ray Goetz and Roy Turk (lyrics). The musical, which premiered on Broadway theatre, Broadway in 1928, was Porter's first Broadway hit. The musical introduced the song "Let's Do It, Let's Fall in Love" sung by the show's star, Irene Bordoni. The story involves a young man from a very proper family in Newton, Massachusetts whose mother is horrified by his intention to wed a French actress. John Martin Brown is a British scientist. J. Martin Brown graduated with a BSc degree in Physics from Birmingham University in England in 1963. He received an MSc in Radiation biology and physics from London University in 1965. He graduated with a DPhil in Cancer Biology from Oxford University in 1968. Brown is Professor Emeritus of Radiation Oncology at Stanford University School of Medicine in the United States. He was Director of the Division of Radiation and Cancer Biology at Stanford University from 1984 to 2004. He was Director of the Graduate Program in Cancer Biology at Stanford from 1990 to 2002. Mary Bell
Mary Flora Bell (born 26 May 1957) is an English woman who, as a juvenile, killed two preschool-age boys in Benwell and Scotswood, Scotswood, an inner suburb of Newcastle upon Tyne, in 1968. Bell committed her first killing when she was ten years old. In both instances, Bell informed her victim that he had a sore throat, which she would massage before proceeding to Strangling, strangle him. Bell was convicted of manslaughter in relation to both killings in December 1968, in a trial held at Moot Hall, Newcastle upon Tyne, Newcastle Assizes when she was 11 years old, and in which her actions were judged to have been committed under Diminished responsibility in English law, diminished responsibility.
