Martelle Edinborough
Martelle Edinborough (born 27 September 1978) is a British actress. Edinborough initially studied law at university and set up her own business. After going into corporate law, she began taking acting class and was part of the Chicken Shop Shakespeare theatre company. Edinborough later had three guest roles in the soap opera ''Coronation Street'' and made other guest appearances in ''Emmerdale'', ''Hollyoaks'', ''Cold Feet'' and ''Doctors'', in addition to the short film ''The Tooth Fairy'' (2020). After appearing in the horror film '' Evie'', Edinborough returned to ''Emmerdale'' as regular character Suzy Merton in 2022, remaining until the character was killed off in 2025. ''Emmerdale'' (known as ''Emmerdale Farm'' until 1989) is a British television soap opera that is broadcast on ITV (TV network), ITV. The show is set in Emmerdale (known as Beckindale until 1994), a List of fictional towns and villages, fictional village in the Yorkshire Dales. Created by Kevin Laffan, ''Emmerdale Farm'' was first broadcast on 16 October 1972. Interior scenes have been filmed at the Leeds Studios since its inception. Karen Louise Blick (born 25 October 1974) is an English actress, known for portraying the role of Lydia Hart in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' since 2016. Life and career Karen Louise Blick was born on 25 October 1974 in Leeds, West Yorkshire. She began her acting career in 2006, portraying a teacher in the Channel 4 comedy series ''No Angels'' and appeared in the ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale'' as a nurse at an abortion clinic attended by Viv Hope (Deena Payne). Paddy Dingle (also Kirk) is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Emmerdale'', played by Dominic Brunt. Dominic Adam Brunt (born 15 April 1970) is an English actor, director and producer, best known for portraying the role of Paddy Kirk in the ITV (TV channel), ITV soap opera ''Emmerdale''. ''TV Times'' is a British television listings magazine. From 1955 until 1991, it was the only source of seven-day listings for ITV and, from 1982, Channel 4 (as well as S4C in Wales in an enclosed local supplement titled '' Sbec''). The magazine did not circulate nationally until 1968 as some (usually smaller) regional stations opted to produce their own listings publications. Until the market was deregulated, its nearest rival was ''Radio Times'' – owned then by the BBC and at the time the only source of weekly BBC television and radio schedules.
