Mark Tinkler
Mark Roland Tinkler (born 24 October 1974) is an English football coach and former professional footballer, who is the assistant manager at EFL Championship side Middlesbrough. As a player, he played as a midfielder, most notably in the Premier League for Leeds United. He also played in the Football League for York City, Southend United and Hartlepool United. He appeared in Scotland for Livingston before going on to feature in non-league for Whitby Town, Shildon, Esh Winning and Newton Aycliffe. Club career Born in Bishop Auckland, Tinkler started his career in Leeds United's youth team. Tinkler was part of the youth team that made the FA Youth Cup Final and played against a Manchester United side that fielded a mass of future internationals including David Beckham, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt. Bishop Auckland
Bishop Auckland () is a market town and civil parishes in England, civil parish at the confluence of the River Wear and the River Gaunless in County Durham (district), County Durham, northern England. It is northwest of Darlington and southwest of Durham, England, Durham. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world. It was the top-level football league in England from its foundation until 1992, when the top 22 clubs split from it to form the Premier League. The Football League Third Division was the third tier of the English football league system in 1920–21 and again from 1958 until 1992. Alan Little (footballer)
Alan Little (born 5 February 1955) is an English former professional footballer and manager. He played as a midfielder. Little made over 400 appearances in his senior career, with the most caps coming with Southend United and Barnsley. Little then went on to manage from 1993 to 2002, with seven seasons coming with York City. Playing career Alan Little was born in Horden, County Durham. He served his apprenticeship at Aston Villa and, alongside his brother, Brian, was in the youth side which beat Liverpool to win the FA Youth Cup in 1972. He turned professional in January 1973 and on 5 October 1974, made his full league debut, a 2–1 win away to Oldham Athletic. This was the first of just three league appearances for Villa. Nicholas Butt (born 21 January 1975) is an English football coach and former player who was most recently the head of first-team development at Manchester United. He is also a co-owner and chief executive officer of Salford City. He played professional football as a midfielder from 1992 to 2011. He began his career with Manchester United and spent 12 years in their first-team, winning six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, four FA Community Shields, the UEFA Champions League and the Intercontinental Cup, before moving to Newcastle United in 2004. Paul Scholes
Paul Scholes (born 16 November 1974) is an English football coach, pundit, former player, and co-owner of Salford City. He spent his entire professional playing career with Manchester United, for whom he scored over 150 goals in more than 700 appearances between 1993 and 2013. He is widely regarded as one of the best midfielders of his generation and one of the greatest Manchester United players of all time. Scholes came through the Manchester United youth academy as one of Fergie's Fledglings, a group of players recruited by Manchester United under the management of Sir Alex Ferguson. Philip John Neville (born 21 January 1977) is an English football manager and former player, who is the head coach of MLS team Inter Miami CF. He is also the co-owner of Salford City, along with several of his former Manchester United teammates. Gary Alexander Neville (born 18 February 1975) is an English football pundit and former player. He is also a co-owner of English Football League club Salford City.
