Mark Salmon (footballer)
Mark Maurice Salmon (born 31 October 1988) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He previously played for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Port Vale, Drogheda United, Athlone Town, Longford Town and Bray Wanderers. He helped Longford Town to finish as champions of the League of Ireland First Division in 2014. Career Salmon is a product of the Wolverhampton Wanderers academy, but after signing his first professional contract in February 2007, failed to make a first team appearance for the club. He joined League One Port Vale on loan in November 2007, and made his debut on 24 November as a substitute, replacing Marc Laird 87 minutes into a 3–1 defeat by Doncaster Rovers at Vale Park. His first senior start came ten days later at Elland Road, as Leeds United played out a comfortable 3–0 win. Tony Cousins
Tony Cousins (born 25 August 1969 in The Liberties) is an Irish football coach and former player. He is head coach of Shamrock Rovers U17's. Cousins was involved in full-time football from the age of sixteen when he joined English club Chelsea, where he spent two years. Throughout his career he played for Dundalk, Liverpool, Hereford United, Middlesbrough, Bohemians, Shamrock Rovers and Bray Wanderers. He is the first cousin of Tommy Dunne. Playing career He made his League of Ireland debut for Dundalk at Waterford on 25 September 1988. Molineux Stadium ( ) in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England, has been the home ground of Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers since 1889. The first stadium built for use by a Football League club, it was one of the first British grounds to have floodlights installed and hosted some of the earliest European club games in the 1950s. The First XI (or, less commonly, First 11) are the eleven primary players in an organisation's leading team, particularly a football or cricket team. Chasetown is a village in the town of Burntwood in Staffordshire, England. It is split between the civil parishes of Burntwood and Hammerwich. History Chasetown developed in the mid 19th century as a coal mining village. At first the village was simply known as Cannock Chase due to its proximity to the nearby forest, it was known as Chasetown by 1867. The first pit was sunk by the Marquess of Anglesey in 1849, when the Hammerwich Colliery opened at the base of Chasewater reservoir. The Football Association Challenge Cup, more commonly known as the FA Cup, is an annual knockout football competition in men's domestic English football.
