Mark A. Parkinson (born October 30, 1972) is a Republican former member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing the 105th district (St. Charles County). Personal life Background and education Parkinson is a St. Charles County native, graduating from Francis Howell High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Saint Louis University in 2000. He was married to Brigit Parkinson until 2021. Group memberships Parkinson holds lifetime membership with the National Rifle Association, and is also a member of Ducks Unlimited, Missouri Right to Life, and the National Park Foundation. In the St. Charles area, Parkinson is a member of the St. Charles chapter of the Pachyderms, a Republican social club. Paul Curtman
Paul Curtman (born April 21, 1981) is an American politician who served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives for the 105th and 109th districts from 2011 to 2019. Early life and education Curtman was born to Judith and Dr. Charles Curtman in Flint, Michigan in 1981. He graduated from Pacific High School and joined the United States Marine Corps in 1999. Curtman obtained the rank of sergeant and spent four years on active duty and then six years in the reserves. While in the reserves he obtained a degree in political science from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Career After graduating from college, Curtman became certified as a series 7 investment representative and got a job as a financial advisor at a major investment firm. Matthew Roy Blunt (born November 20, 1970) is an American former naval officer and politician who served as the 54th Governor of Missouri from 2005 to 2009. Before his election as governor, Blunt served ten years in the United States Navy, was elected to serve in the Missouri General Assembly in 1998, and as Missouri's Secretary of State in 2000. John David Ashcroft (born May 9, 1942) is an American lawyer, lobbyist and former politician who served as the 79th U.S. Attorney General in the George W. Bush administration from 2001 to 2005. Christopher Samuel "Kit" Bond (born March 6, 1939) is an American attorney, politician and former United States Senator from Missouri and a member of the Republican Party. First elected to the U.S. Senate in 1986, he defeated Democrat Harriett Woods by a margin of 53%–47%. He was re-elected in 1992, 1998, and 2004. On January 8, 2009, he announced that he would not seek re-election to a fifth term in 2010, and was succeeded by fellow Republican Roy Blunt on January 3, 2011.
