Mark Moses
Mark Moses (born February 24, 1958) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Paul Young in the ABC comedy-drama '' Desperate Housewives'' (2004–2011) and as Herman "Duck" Phillips in the AMC period drama '' Mad Men'' (2007–2015). Early life Moses was born in New York City. Moses attended Evanston Township High School in Illinois where he was quarterback of the school's varsity football team. He then enrolled at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, where he majored in English. Moses dropped out after a year to travel. He later enrolled at New York University, where he graduated with a degree in theater. Career Moses began his career appearing in the ABC daytime soap opera ''One Life to Live'' in 1983. Also in 1983, he appeared in the Broadway production of '' The Slab Boys Trilogy'' starring Kevin Bacon and Sean Penn. He later played Ulysses S. El Rey Theatre (Los Angeles)
The El Rey Theatre is a live music venue in the Miracle Mile, Los Angeles, Miracle Mile area of the Mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles, Mid-Wilshire region in Los Angeles, California. This art deco building was designed by Clifford A. Balch (who designed over twenty classic art deco movie theatres around Southern California). Much of the theatre, including the lobby, still retains its art deco roots, and is admired for its Zigzag and Art Deco#Streamline Moderne, Streamline Moderne design. History El Rey was built in 1936 as a single-screen movie theatre and functioned as a cinema for nearly 50 years. ''Family Ties'' is an American television sitcom that aired on NBC for seven seasons, premiering on September 22, 1982, and concluding on May 14, 1989.
