Mark Lee (born August 2, 1999), known mononymously as Mark, is a Canadian rapper based in South Korea. He is a member of the South Korean boy band NCT (group), NCT and its fixed sub-units NCT 127 and NCT Dream, as well as the South Korean Supergroup (music), supergroup SuperM. Career 2012–2016: Pre-debut In 2012, Mark joined SM Entertainment as a trainee after passing the SM Global Audition in Vancouver, Canada. On December 16, 2013, he was introduced as a member of SM Rookies, a pre-debut team of trainees under SM Entertainment. As a part of the SM Rookies program, in October 2014, he and several of his co-members appeared on the Mnet (TV channel), Mnet-produced ''Exo 90:2014'', a show starring labelmates Exo – where they perform dances to K-pop songs from the 1990s. ''The Mickey Mouse Club'' is an American variety television show that aired intermittently from 1955 to 1996 and briefly returned to social media in 2017. ''NCT #127'' is the first extended play by NCT 127, the multi-national and Seoul-based sub unit of the unlimited boy band NCT. Following its announcement on July 1, SM Entertainment released it on July 10, 2016, with physical release on July 11, 2016.
