Mark Foster Gage
Mark Foster Gage (born November 22, 1973) is an American designer, theorist, writer and founder of Mark Foster Gage Architects in New York City. He is a tenured Associate Professor and former Assistant Dean at the Yale University School of Architecture where he has been on the faculty since 2001. His academic expertise at Yale is in the field of aesthetic philosophy. He has also been a design contributor for CNN. In 2022 he created the Mark Foster Gage Foundation, a private charitable organization that funds efforts to improve the built environment through supporting innovative architectural research, education, publications, and projects. The Yale School of Architecture (YSoA) is one of the constituent professional schools of Yale University. Franz Mayer Museum
The Franz Mayer Museum (), in Mexico City opened in 1986 to house, display and maintain Latin America’s largest collection of decorative arts. The collection was amassed by stockbroker and financial professional Franz Mayer, who collected fine artworks, books, furniture, ceramics, textiles and many other types of decorative items over fifty years of his life. A large portion comes from Europe and Asia but most comes from Mexico itself with items dating from the 15th to the 20th centuries. Many pieces in the collection are fine handcrafts, such as textiles and Talavera pottery, and they are important because they are items that often did not survive because most did not consider them worth preserving. 252 East 57th Street is a mixed use modernist style residential skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, developed by the World Wide Group and Rose Associates, Inc. Roger Duffy (architect)
Roger Duffy is an American architect, known for rigorous and unconventional approach to design. Now retired, he worked as a partner at the firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. He was a design partner in the New York office from 1995 until 2018, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the League Circle of the Architectural League of New York. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University in 1979. Duffy currently lives with his wife and two children in Stuyvesant Town in New York City. Rafael Viñoly
Rafael Viñoly Beceiro (1 June 1944 – 2 March 2023) was an Uruguayan-born architect based in New York. He was the principal of Rafael Viñoly Architects, which he founded in 1983. Billionaires' Row is a group of ultra-luxury residential skyscrapers, and the neighborhood surrounding them, near the southern end of Central Park in the Midtown section of Manhattan in New York City. Several of these buildings are in the supertall category—taller than —and, as of 2024, include the world's three tallest residential buildings.
