Victoria Lye-Hua Chan-Palay (born 9 October 1945) is a Singaporean-born neuroscientist who has worked in the United States and Switzerland. Early life and education Chan is the second daughter of noted Singaporean swimming coach Dr. Chan Ah Kow. Among her four brothers and two sisters is Patricia Chan, who represented Singapore in swimming at the Southeast Asian Games in the 1960s and 1970s. Voice Of Asia
Voice of Asia (, ''Azııa Daýysy''; , ''Golos Azii'') is a music festival that has been held annually in Almaty, Kazakhstan since 1990. It features artists from all over Asia, Eastern Europe and other regions. The usual venue for the festival is the outdoor skating rink "Medeu", located on the mountainous outskirts of the Tian Shan, a few kilometers from the center of Almaty. The festival program includes concerts by popular performers and a vocal competition. Over the years, the festival's headliners have included international pop music stars such as Gloria Gaynor, Alla Pugacheva, Toto Cutugno, Patricia Kaas, Valery Leontiev, Boney M., Bаccara, Secret Service, Black Eyed Peas and others. Tracy Huang
Tracy Huang (; born 29 August 1951) is a Taiwanese singer. Huang began her career in music with the Thunderbird Choir, alongside Su Rui. After she left the group, Huang spent two years in Taichung, at an American military base, where she learned and performed in English. Huang released her first album in 1974 under the stage name Huang Lu-yi. She later adopted the English name Tracy Huang.
