Mariuxi Cleopatra Sánchez Sarango is an Ecuadorian politician who became a member of the National Assembly in 2021. Life Sánchez is concerned about the damage done by Texaco-Chevron in Ecuador. In 2012 she witnessed a waste pit that was nearly a kilometre long. One woman told her that she had lost four relatives to cancer. She was elected to be a member of the fourth legislative period of the National Assembly of Ecuador in May 2021 to represent the province of Orellana. After she was elected in 2021, Enriquez became a member of the Permanent Commission of Education, Culture, Science, Technology, Innovation and Ancestral Knowledge. Other members of that commission include Ana Raffo, Isabel Enriquez and Zolanda Pluas. She was a member of the Unión por la Esperanza (UNES) in the assembly. Sandra Sofía Sánchez Urgilés (born 7 March 1989) is an Ecuadorian footballer and politician.
