Helena Eriksson (born 1962) is a Swedish poet. Her sixth collection of poetry, ''Strata'' (2004), was published in English in 2014. Biography Born in Nyköping, Eriksson was raised in the countryside. After graduating in philosophy and art at Gothenburg University, she worked as an editor for the cultural journal ''Ord & Bild''. She has also worked as a translator. In 1990, she completed her first lyrical collection, ''Byggnad åt mig'' (A Building for Me). Her dramatic expressionist poems, written in prose, evoke animal and human worlds which are also depicted in later works. ''Spott ur en änglamun'' (Spitting Out of an Angel's Mouth, 1993) depicts a strange fairytale world seen through the eyes of little girls in red dresses who meet Bambi and Fox. 2007 European Curling Championships
The 2007 Le Gruyère European Curling Championships were held in Füssen, Germany December 1-8, 2007. Scotland, skipped by David Murdoch, won the gold medal by beating Norway's Thomas Ulsrud 5-3 in the final. Norway had not lost a single game entering the final. The Swedish Mixed Curling Championship ( sv, Svenska mästerskap i curling för mixed, SM lag mixed) is the national championship of mixed curling (two men and two women) in Sweden. It has been held annually since 1968. (web archive; champions from 1968 to 2007) Rules changing Before the 1989–90 season, the team line-up could be "free" (not necessarily "two men and two women" but "four players of any gender").
