Marie Claire Villeval
Marie Claire Odile Villeval (born 26 June 1957) is a French economist and research professor in economics at the National Center for Scientific Research. Education Marie Claire Villeval obtained her PhD in economics from the Paris-Nanterre University in 1982 and her Habilitation from the University of Lyon in 1998. Career She is research professor in economics at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and she is affiliated with the Groupe d’Analyse et de Théorie Economique (GATE) research institute, at the University of Lyon, France. She has been the director of GATE from 2007 to 2016 and is now director of the GATE-Lab experimental platform http://gatelab.gate.cnrs.fr/. She is also affiliated with the Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), Bonn, Germany. The American Economic Review
The ''American Economic Review'' is a monthly peer-reviewed academic journal first published by the American Economic Association in 1911. The current editor-in-chief is Erzo FP Luttmer, a professor of economics at Dartmouth College. The journal is based in Pittsburgh. It is one of the " top five" journals in economics. In 2004, the ''American Economic Review'' began requiring "data and code sufficient to permit replication" of a paper's results, which is then posted on the journal's website. Exceptions are made for proprietary data. Until 2017, the May issue of the ''American Economic Review'', titled the ''Papers and Proceedings'' issue, featured the papers presented at the American Economic Association's annual meeting that January. After being selected for presentation, the papers in the ''Papers and Proceedings'' issue did not undergo a formal process of peer review. Prix Revue Economique
Prix was an American power pop band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1975 by Tommy Hoehn and Jon Tiven. The group ended up primarily as a studio project. Its recordings were produced by Tiven along with former Big Star member Chris Bell, who also played guitar and sang backup vocals. Prix is also famous for its use of banjo. Alex Chilton also participated in the recordings, along with session drummer Hilly Michaels. Although the group generated some major record label interest—notably from Mercury Records and Columbia/CBS Records—it ultimately only released a double A-side single on Ork Records in 1977 and a single on Miracle Records in 1978. Its only live performance came at a CBS Records showcase in 1976. In 1977, just as Ork Records released the first single and booked the group at CBGB, Prix broke up due both to Hoehn's unwillingness to remain in New York and to creative differences.
