Marie-Christine Gasingirwa is the Director General for Science, Technology and Research in the Ministry of Education in Rwanda. Education Gasingirwa earned a bachelor's degree in Zoology and Biochemistry, in followed by a master's degree in Agricultural Biotechnology, and a PhD in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Kinyarwanda, Rwandan or Rwanda, officially known as Ikinyarwanda, is a Bantu language and the national language of Rwanda. It is a dialect of the Rwanda-Rundi language that is also spoken in adjacent parts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and in Uganda, where the dialect is known as Ikinyakore, Rufumbira, or ''Urufumbira''.
