Marianne van der Torre (born 18 August 1961) is a Dutch former professional tennis player who was active during the 1980s. She reached a highest singles ranking of world No. 84 in December 1981. During her career, van der Torre reached the second round of the singles event in two Grand Slam tournaments; the French Open (1981 and 1982) and the US Open (1981). Her best result at a Grand Slam championship was reaching the semifinal of the mixed doubles event at the 1988 Australian Open, partnering Martin Davis. Patricia Hy-Boulais
Patricia Hy-Boulais (born 22 August 1965) is a former tennis player. She turned professional on 12 October 1986. Early in her career she represented Hong Kong (since the beginning until the end of the 1987 season). She became a citizen of Canada in 1991. However, she represented Canada since the beginning of the 1988 season. Her best performance at a Grand Slam came when she got to the quarter finals of the 1992 US Open, defeating Eva Švíglerová, Judith Wiesner, Jennifer Capriati and Helena Suková before losing to eventual champion Monica Seles. Joy Tacon (born 2 June 1961) is a British former professional tennis player. Tacon was born in 1961 and is a graduate of Wycombe Abbey School. She attended the University of Houston on a tennis scholarship. At the 1985 University Games in Kobe, she teamed up with Liz Jones to win a silver medal for Great Britain in doubles. Svetlana Germanovna Parkhomenko (russian: Светлана Германовна Пархоменко, née Cherneva, ; born October 8, 1962) is a retired Soviet and Russian tennis player and tennis coach.
