Marianne Lundius
Eva Marianne Gernandt Lundius (born 28 April 1949) is a Swedish lawyer and judge, who served as Chairwoman of the Supreme Court of Sweden from 2010 to 2016. She was appointed Justice of the Supreme Court in 1998 and was the first female President of the Supreme Court of Sweden. Biography Lundius comes from a family of lawyers; both her mother and grandmother worked in the legal profession, making her third-generation lawyer on her mother's side. She graduated from Lund University with a ''Candidate of Law'' degree in 1976 and served as a district court clerk for two years after graduating. In 1978 she joined the Lagerlöf och Leman law firm and worked there for 20 years, mainly on tax law and business law cases, before being appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of Sweden in 1998. Johan Munck
Johan Munck (born 7 February 1943) is a Swedish lawyer and former President of the Supreme Court of Sweden (2007–2010). Since 2010, he is the editor of the Swedish code of laws. Career Johan Munck was born in Malmö, Skåne County, the adopted son of the lawyer and former mayor of Malmö Thomas Munck af Rosenschöld. He received a Candidate of Law degree from Lund University in 1966. In 1974 he was employed as an associate judge (''hovrättsassessor'') at the Skåne and Blekinge Court of Appeal in Malmö. The same year he was employed at the Ministry of Justice where he served as a legal adviser (''sakkunnig'') until 1979, assistant undersecretary (''departementsråd'') and head of the criminal law unit (''straffrättsenheten'') from 1979 to 1983, and as director-general for legal affairs (''rättschef'') from 1983 to 1987. Stefan Lindskog
Börje Stefan Lindskog (born 29 June 1951) is a Swedish lawyer. He was appointed Justice of the Supreme Court in 2008. From 2016 until his retirement in 2018, he served as President of the Supreme Court. Born in Norum in Bohuslän, Stefan Lindskog graduated with a bachelor of law degree from Lund University in 1974 and served as law clerk at a district court in 1974–1976. In 1977, he was employed at Wistrand law firm and became an ''advokat'' in 1980. Lindskog became a doctor of law at Stockholm University in 1985, docent of private law at Stockholm University in 1987, and was appointed associate professor of insolvency law at Göteborg University in 1989. The Moderate Party ( sv, Moderata samlingspartiet , ; M), commonly referred to as the Moderates ( ), is a liberal-conservative political party in Sweden. The party generally supports tax cuts, the free market, civil liberties and economic liberalism. Tax law or revenue law is an area of legal study in which public or sanctioned authorities, such as federal, state and municipal governments (as in the case of the US) use a body of rules and procedures (laws) to assess and collect taxes in a legal context.
